hi this is deepti . best ivf clinic in bangalore ? right fallopian damaged in ectopic 4 years back . after that no conception. All reports are normal . Pls help . Is IUI successful with one tube.

Yes IUI can be successful if you are lucky enough. I ll recommend you to give a try before going for IVF . In each cycle ovulation occurs from one ( right or left ) ovary. As your right tube has been removed, conception will be possible only when ovulation occurs from left ovary. For that you need to have patience as well as luck. If you are young and all reports are normal IUI can be tried. Chances can be increased by using ovulation induction drugs either clomiphene or letrozole. All the best.
