There is an only minor disc bulge and there is no compression or stenosis of nerve roots. Nothing much to worry and exercise and symptomatic management will be enough for your case.
Exercises like standing extension and Half cobra stretches ( which can easily learn from the internet) will be effective. Sit-ups and squats must be avoided.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care

Hello, There is an only minor disc bulge and there is no compression or stenosis of nerve roots. Nothing much to worry and exercise and symptomatic management will be enough for your case. Posturing exercises and physiotherapy can be helpful to reduce pain intensity. Pregabalin is required only in case of severe pain. Exercises like standing extension and Half cobra stretches ( which can easily learn from the internet) will be effective. Sit-ups and squats must be avoided. Hope I have answered your query.
