Which Is The Best Treatment For Arthritis, Gout And Neuropothy For A Person With Diabetes?

I am 61 years old. I am diagnosed with arthritis, gout and neuropothy. My condition is getting worse I can hardly get out of the chair anymore. I am also trying to control my diabetes among congestive heart failue, kidneys and the two backe surgeries that I had about 12 years ago. Can you recommend any help for me? If any. It is too much pain for one to bear.

Hi there.
I'm really sorry to hear about your condition.
I'm sure that you must have already taken medicines for gout.
If your uric acid is not in control you will have to continue with those to maintain a level of below 6.
Permanent cure for arthritis of the knee and hip is joint replacement. You might want to consider those if arthritis in thse joints is advanced.
Neuropathy is secondary to diabetes. Tab pregalin helps in this.
For pain in your condition I would suggest an opiod like tramodol as it doesn't affect the kidneys.
Good luck.
