Hello, Poor erection and pre mature ejaculation can be caused by psychological as well as physical reasons. In general, young people having these problems are due to stress, anxiety, overwork, late night sleep, disturbed relations, excessive smoking, alcoholism etc. Physical causes can be diabetes, blood pressure etc. Consult a urologist for your proper evaluation.
