Which Is The Most Absorable Form Of Zinc Sulfate?

I am trying to figure out the most absorbable form of zinc for my daughter. I take a liquid product, Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate, but she is 22 and more on the Go, so needs a pill she can take -- not something requiring putting it into a spoon. Thanks if you can give me any suggestions. Kit G

Yes, you can take the tablets, but not not exceed the 8 miligrams daily dosage.
