Which Medical Procedure Involves The Removal Of Excessive Fluids And Phlegm From The Body When Diagnosed With Severe Pneumonia?
A few years back (around the time I was 7-8, I had severe pneumonia and had to have the fluids/phlegm and had to have it removed by doctors. I remember getting shots, getting CAT scans and the entre process left me with two small scars on the side of my mid side stomach region. I have been doing research to read more about what the process was called but I am not sure. Any thoughts on what it was? So far bronchoscopy fits it best.
