I has sudden on set of dizzy, spinning like I was going to faint, nausea and vomiting. Fine 1 min prior. Hydrated. I had eaten. Not in heat. Not over exhaustion. Pulse was 62 at resting. This has happened now 3 times over 2 years. Un explained. I also had a episode of irregular un explained heart beat. Nothing found in egg or cardiac blood work about 6 months ago. I m a healthy slightly over weight 41 year old healthy woman. I have hypo thyroid that is iphnder control and within limits What kind of dr should I see for this? Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
An endocrinologist takes care of thyroid disease but I do not think your thyroid is causing these symptoms if it is under control. It is very hard to diagnose something that happens this infrequently. If you want to see a specialist to try and figure this out your best bet would be to see a cardiologist
