Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Since you have numbness and in all four limbs, most likely you are suffering from some neuropathy. The cause for the same can be as simple as Vitamin Deficiency to a auto-immune disease. However, one foot swelling raises suspicion of something else in play. I would suggest instead of going to a specialist right away, get yourself assessed by a General Physician first who can screen you, do basic tests and then do appropriate referral.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
