Which Medicine Is Safe For Pregnant Woman To Prevent Malaria ?
one pharmacist prescribed chloroquine phosphate while another said fansidar and yet another said sunday-sunday medicine. so please which medicine is safe for 3weeks to 3months pregnant woman to prevent malaria

Out of all the malarial drugs antremesnin drived anti malarial drugs are found to be safe in pregnancy. However it is not used to prevent it but only treat it. The prevention is done with chloroquine or doxycycline both have proved to be deletrious is pregnancy. Please meet a doctor and not a pharmacist.
I suggest u apply anti mosquito gels, mats, coils to prevent malaria and not use drugs.
