Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM
there are medications that can postpone or delay your periods by a few days. These pills are hormonal medications that help to increase the amount of progesterone, which causes your body to signal the start of your menstruation or periods. The medication must be taken in consultation with your gynaecologist, since the concentration and dosage depends on your body, the regularity of your menstrual cycles and is altered to allow for any associated symptoms you might have.

It is also important for you to know that these pills are NOT foolproof and you might still get your periods on time, so be prepared. You might also experience symptoms like nausea, cramping, hot flashes, excessive bleeding, prolonged periods and menstrual cycle imbalances as side effects of this medication.
Discuss this with your doctor and then decide
Hope this helps
