hello,sir my question is i was pregnant for 3month than this time my cough & headache problem.i used medicine is muco solvin expectorant, lactulose solution usp duphalac, crocin 250,paracetamole tablet,chest& head x-ray good precaution.all treatment good hospital.my age 30,nohealthpboblem. than after i don t no 6month prenancy ,dr. ultrasound reaport see ,thah say baby are iufd.(death).please saggestion my next baby no problem.what medicine not used pregnancy.

as you have one i u f d ,it will always be better to get a check up with gynecologist and get investigations done for you and your husband and to rule out any condition in any of you that may lead to miscarriage .
any infection like t o r c h to be ruled out .tests to be done to rule out any genetic factor that may cause foetal loss
once these are done be under treatment of doctor from preconception period and do not take any medicine on your own without consulting your doctor
hope every thing will be all right
