Which Protein Powder And Liquid Vitamin Can Be Given As Food Supplement To Child?

My 6 year old is very picky about what he eat. I feel the foods I can get him to eat are missing the vitamins and protein he needs. I was thinking about getting powder protein and liquid vitamins. He will not take regular vitamins or eats very little things that have protein. Just wondering if this is the best way to go?

hello.i understand your worries being a concerned parent.its pretty much normal for children to develop such food habits at this age.and offering the child proteins and vitamins this way is not ideal way to go.sit with the child, offer him different foods introducing one item at a time and linking his item of choice with the one you want him to have as a reward.and let him develop taste for different foods.meanwhile while he is on the road to nutritional rehab you may offer him supplemental proteins and vitamins to prevent malnutrition.pediasure is powder, can be used as a supplemental food for protein, vitamins and minerals.hope you find my answer satisfactory.
