Hi, I am 27 Years, Height 5.6 Feet, Weight 58 Kg. Before 2 months back I have gone through my right knee ACL reconstruction surgery. I am looking very thin. Every one is saying do some body building, go to gym. I have started doing workout at home. My friends suggested that to increase muscle size I need to take Whey Protein supplements. Please suggest me should I take protein powder supplements. If yes then how much amount of protein, carbohydrates etc should be there in that supplement.
