Which Scalp Micropigmentation Procedure Should I Follow?

Hello I am currenly considering scalp micropigmentation to mask my hair loss.

I have a very light form of psoriasis on my scalp and am aware it might flare up as a result. i was therefore thinking of applying some topical steroid cream after the tattoo process to alleviate the inflammation and reduce the probability of increasing the lesions on my scalp.

currently there are 2 forms of micropigmentation available
1) is a deep impregnation of the pigments which is essentially a tattoo
2) is a more superficial application of labile pigments - and requires repeat treatments once a year

on one hand the first option has the advantage of being a single procedure causing minimal scalp trauma. on the other hand it is absolutely permanent.
the second procedure represents a repeated insult (touchups once a year) but is not permanent (if untouched the pigments clear out in around 3 years)

i was hoping to ask your advice regarding a) what topical treatment i could use to minimalise the psoriasis flare up in the event that i undergo the procedure b ) what procedure you would recommend

thanks in advance, kindest regards

Dave
