sleeping to left side it benefit by improving blood circulation o your baby and thus nutreints.sleep with pillows in between legs to support.
However,Donot sleepin one position for long hours.

The best position to sleep during pregnancy is sleeping on side, preferably on your left side.It helps to increase the amount of blood and nutrients reaching the placenta and your baby.In case of a heartburn, you can keep yourself, till the waste little raised. Kind of sitting position. You may also keep a pillow between your legs.In late pregnancy you may experience shortness of breath; try lying with pillows raised.Hope you have a safe and healthy pregnancy period and a safe child birth.
