Hello there. Try Tab Zolfresh (Zolpidem) - one at bedtime for ten days. It should be available at any local pharmacy. I would suggest you improve your sleep hygiene, as that helps more than any medications. Try to sleep at a fixed hour daily, preferably by 11 or 11 30 latest. Avoid long afternoon naps, alcohol or smoking around bedtime. Take a good meal for dinner, and dont keep important work pending for late evening. Try to keep yourself relaxed after 9 pm onward. Switch off the TV by 10pm, have an early dinner, n get into bed by 11. Stick to a routine for even 7- 10 days and you should notice a difference.
Good luck.
