Which Specialist Should I Consult For Lower Back Pain?

I have lower back pain, stenosis, 2 bulging discs, have been in PT, nothing seems to work. Pain will switch from right sciactica to the left. Most of the pain, I ve been told is in the pirisformis. I feel perhaps I need a steriod injection. Do I go to an orthopedic or what kind of specialist would do that for me?
