Which Specialist Should I Consult For Tiredness And Imbalance Issues?

I am a 74 yo female who has sjogrens disease and osteoporosis arthritis in my hands. For the past 5 years I ve been having increased symptoms of extreme tiredness, imbalance to the point of stumbling and near falling, and often times my skin on my arms and face feel like hot needles being on fire to the point of waking me up at night. I tried to explain this to my gp and he said this is quite normal for aging women and that he hears these complaints all the time. I am not dizzy just losing my balance. I take no prescription meds just multi bits. I feel I m becoming disabled. What can be wrong with me and what kind of a specialist do I need to see.
