Which Specialist Should I See If Swelling In Testicle, Severe Pain Came Down After Medication Was Given And Blood Work, Sonogram Showed Good Results?

I had swelling in my testicle and in my right side groin which was very painful. I was taken by ambulance to the ER. in the ambulance the paramedic gave me morphine for the pain. I was released after 8 hours because the swelling went down and the pain stopped. I had blood work done and a sonogram. all came back good. the fluid in the testicle was benign so I was sent home to follow up with urologist. whom would you recommend to follow up. I do feel different in my right testicle, compared to my left one.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This emergency could have been due to torsion of testis , coming back to normal with the subsiding of pain. You should consult Urologist only - may be you need to get it fixed to avoid further attack. And of course rule out hernia. You will be fine.
