Which Specialist Should Be Consulted For Bladder Prolapse?
Hello! I am a 59 yr. old woman and have had 3 vaginal births. I had a hystroectomy 10/15 yrs ago and during the surgery the Dr. took a piece of scare tissue and reattached my bladder back up where it should be. I was told not to lift anything over 15 lbs.. Well in and emergency situation I did and as I did felt a pop inside me. Now my bladder or whatever is lying on my pelvic floor and something is protruding from my vagina. What kind of a Doctor should I see if even needed? Is there anyway it can be popped back up inside of me? Thanks for any and alll helpm
You have a uterine prolapse and probably to do with a urinary bladder. This needs plastic surgery to repair them. You need a urologist and gynecologist specialists in co-operation regarding your case.
