I am currently using Nasonex - it's OK - it causes some congestion upon using, makes my nasal passage feel "thick." My allergist gave me Qnasl sample and asked me to try it. Something tells me not to. Which steroid would you recommend? Please advise. Thank you.
HELLO AND WELCOME TO HEALTH CARE MAGIC. ITS BETTER TO TAKE NASONEX INSTEAD OF QNASL SPRAY ON LONG TERM BASIS. WE GENERALLY DONT PRESCIBE QNASL FOR LONG TERM USE. HOWEVER IF YOU ARE GETTING PROBLEM IN USING NASONEX YOU CAN TRY FLOMIST NASAL SPRAY. IT IS MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY AND CAN BE USED ON LONG TERM BASIS.
