I have bppv....balance disorders...vertigo....which tablets are useful? I m taking vertin 16 mg since many times...plus xaria....wen I stop it... bppv is back ....so what to do?... reports are normal...but I think every after 1 month I got infection in my inner ear as a results...vertigo...

Most of the time it will resolve without treatment in weeks to months Neck maneuver Anti-histamine and Anti-cholinergic drugs like meclizine and scopolamine can be used.
