Which Test Will Detect Presence Of Typhoid?

hi my name is raghu, in january 2014 affected with typhoid as widal test report S.Typhi O 1:160 and S.Typhi H 1:360
i have taken antibiotics, and don't see any symptoms of Typhoid but when i had taken Widal Test in march it result as S.Typhi O 1:160 and S.Typhi H 1:160. please suggest me whether i'm still suffering from Typhoid or not.
please suggest which test to diagnose to find typhoid in my body

S Typhi H found earlier than O.
False positive results are more with Widal test.
Where typhoid cases are more and frequent, no use of widal test.
Only correlate it with signs and symptoms of the disease clinically.
It also depends upon immunity and previous medication.
Medication doesn't affect antibody productions.
So your high values may misguide you.
