Which Tests Should I Do After A First Failed IVF?

Which tests should I do after a first failed IVF? I m 39, TTC more than two years. Had somewhat high prolactin a year ago, now it s normal due to bromocriptine. All other tests are normal. Transferred 3 embryos, 1 of 8 cells, two of six. Doctors said they looked good. Starting a new supplement regime by my own initiative, as Doctor only recommends folic acid! Should I do a test for natural killer cells?

many reasons lead to failed IVF.. you should do vaginal hysteroscope to exclude any abnormalities of the uterine cavity.. if you will repeat the IVF cycle ask your doctor if you should take aspirin to improve uterine vusculature.. if your progesterone level was high at the time of transferring the embryos can lead to inapropriate endometruim and failure, if that was the codition you should try vitrifying the embryos and tranferring them to your uterus on another cycle.. these are of the commenest causes of failure but not all of them.. your husband should Do semen analysis as well..good luck
