Which Treatment Is Most Effective For ILD?

I have had "Interstitial Fibrosis" for 4 1/2 years. I'm been treating all over....Denver, Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, Mexico for Stem Cells, and now Florida for Stem Cells/Laser Treatments. What do you think is the most effective treatment for ILD? Thanks, Dan.

Interstitial pulmonary fibrosis is a idiopathic disorder which is usually a progressive disease. Till today evidence based medicine does not have any proven definitive treatment for the same. What ever treatment approaches are currently available are for symptomatic management of the disease. Of which oxygen is the most studied and useful treatment option.
