Which Weaning Foods Should Be Given To A Baby?

My 6 month old son has been completely breast fed until now. As I need to resume working soon, please advise what I can give him as a substitute for breast milk while I am away at work, which would not adversely affect his immunity and provide him proper nutrition. I intend to breast feed him early in the morning and at night when I am home.
