While Undergoing Treatment For Armpits' Eczema, Can Deodorants Use Cause Itching?

I have eczema under the armpits..and have been prescribed ectoderm and eumosone and have been using it for 3 months.But there has been no improvement at all.I tend to sweat a lot,so use deos(i spray it on my clothes only) and sometimes roll-ons.Is it possible for them to cause severe itching?
