White Patches Around The Groin And Sides Of My Scrotum

I have white patches just to the sides of my scrotum and groin.Its peeling off and Itchy. When i scratch them the skin peels off and it gets all opened up. It is slowly Spreading.Do i need to consult a doctor or can i use an Anti Fungal Cream

White patches sides of scrotum and groin..,
could be...TINEA CRURIS..,
It is fungal commonly seen in Diabetic and Debilitated patients..,
So follow..,6 weeks treatment (90%nresult).,
1) Wash the afgfected part..by Ketaconazole soap..,
2) Tab..Cetrizine..(Alday..Dr.reddy's)..daily night times..,
Don't scratch with nails..,
3) Apply..morning times...QUADRIDERM..,(Fulford).,
or Clotrimazole, betamethasone and gentamycin..,
Night times Terbinafine (ZIMIG -gsk) application.,
After application of ointment Dusting with Clotrimazole dusting powder.,
4) Tab..Fluconazole 150 mg weekly once for 6 weeks..,
