White Blotchy Spots On Bottom Of Feet That Causes Numbness. Any Thoughts?

I keep getting white blotchy spots on the bottom of my feet . Areas go completely white and numb for a period of time. I thought it was bc I was cold , however it happened tonight during a work out. I am not a smoker, 39 yrs old, 5 6 approx 115 lbs in fairly decent shape so not sure why this keeps happening. Any thoughts?

the white spots and numb feet can be due to leprosy or frost bite.

Leprosy is a infectious disease treatable with antibiotics.

Also a vascular insufficiency can cause such intermitttent symptoms.

Consult a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
