White Color Serum Coming Through Menstrural Area, Severe Itching. What To Do?

White color serum is coming through my menstural area. Theres infection around there. and severe itching. I am having vomiting tendency. Two of my children are vomiting due to digestion problem. They are having medicines now. I suspect my vomiting tendency is related to their disease. Thank you Shameema

Hi,

I can understand your concern for white color serum coming through menstrual area with severe itching.

After reading your query it appears to be due to fungal infection called as candidiasis. You have not told us your age and any other problem.

Fungal infection of the skin is quite common due to infection and hygiene. It is aggravated by hot weather and the further spread of infection to nearby of other parts.

To prevent the further spread maintain good hygiene by taking two times bath, wearing cotton clothes and change of clothes two times. You can also use any good medicated antiperspirant powder. Stay away from hot and humid climate.

You can use clotrimazole cream or terbinafine cream or pessary over the affected areas under medical superision.

I suggest you to take antifungal tablet by mouth such as fluconazole 150 mg alternate days for 15 days.
