Hi, Welcome to HCM, Your long standing discharge is showing a fungus Candida parapsilosis is not an obligate human pathogen and is not usually responsible for infection but may be present as normal human commensal.
It can cause pathological infection in Immunocompromised host. Otherwise just consult your Gynecologist and take treatment accordingly.
Such infections have no relation with your fertility of pregnancy. Pregnancy depends on normal structures and functions ovaries, tubes and uterus and normal hormone status and also male partner causes.
You can discuss with your treating Gynecologist.
Take care. Good luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
