Hello and welcome to HCM,

Sharp pain at the tip of penis after having intercourse suggests an urinary tract infection rather than prostate infection.
Prostate infection causes deep seated lower abdominal pain.
A urine examination including culture and drug sensitivity should be done to look for infection.
Is the milky white discharge that you have mentioned admixed with stools?
Or is the discharge from the urethral opening?
Discharge from urethral opening suggests urinary tract infection.
Milky discharge in stools suggests inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) especially lower GIT.
A stool examination should also be done along with urine examination.
Review your doctor after getting these investigations.

Thanks and take care
