Hello Mr Islam,
Fluid dripping with or without
sneezing may suggest that you are having allergy to something in the surrounding. This is a common problem. Though allergy cannot be cured permanently, control of symptoms to a great extent is possible. Do not worry too much.
Look around your home and work place. See any item in your immediate surrounding which induces itching of nose or watering. Avoid exposure to dust, fumes, pollen and pets. Keep a watch on food items like prawns, processed foods and preserved items. See whether your symptoms worsen after consuming anything out of the ordinary.
Get your doctor’s help and see the number of eosinophil white cells in your blood. He will prescribe remedial measures if you have
eosinophilia.
Some people do benefit from
montelukast preparations, alone or with antihistamines (medicine which acts against histamine released in the body during allergic reactions or inflammation). Montelukast has a positive effect on
seasonal allergy. It is a prescription drug, to be taken under supervision of a doctor, as there are potential side effects.
Hope you could control your dripping nose at the earliest. Thanks for using healthcaremagic.com.
