White Patch With Grey Hair Growing In The Area Below Chin. Recommend

Iam male, 25 years old. I started shaving a few months back. My mom saw a white patch below my skin. I didn't take it seriously that time. Now around 1 and half month back , grey hair started to grow in the specific area. S now I have a white patch with white hair grwoing on that specific area below my chin. I would like to know what exactly I am dealing with. Why it happened, and what can I do to cure it as soon as possible.
