White Patches On Scrotum, Gets Dry Sometimes. Exercises A Lot. What Could Be This?
Hi. I have white patches on my scrotum which have spread to the base of my penis. I exercise a lot and am not sure if i have a fungal/bacterial infection. The patches are not exactly white but appear pale as though the pigment reduced. I have not experienced any itching or any other discomfort. At times the patch on my penis gets dry.

It seems that these patches might be due to fungal infection or due to constant friction with clothes while doing exercise.
We can get more clear idea if we see personally.
Consult Dermatologist and get examined.
Rule out pre-vitiligo as well.
