White Pimple Looking Bumps On The Side Of Clitoris, Faded And Look Like Pores. Tenderness In Groin When Pushed. No Pain, Mild Itching. Reason?

I noticed some white pimple looking bumps on the side of my clitoris(You have to pull the clitoris to the side to see them) They were small and didn't hurt. Itched minimally and started after I began sweating in some jeans. They never hurt or anything. They have since faded and are now skin colored and look like hair follicles or pores. I have some tenderness in my groin when I push on it. But I've been walking and exercising. What could this be.

Welcome to HCM,
from history it seems that you are having hair follicular infection giving rise this problem.
Clean the part with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream on local part.
Go for antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Keep local part clean, airy and dry.
Take anti-histamine like Cetrizine for itching.
Itching will aggravate the problem
