White Powdery Substance On Skin In Scrotum And Thighs Which Itches
Hi, I have a problem in my scrotum skin and thighs, a white powder like substance comes out of my skin and it causes itching. Even if i clean it off it comes out again. any idea what it is?

Could be due to dryness , try a lotion containing calendula + aloe vera. If this doenst help then visit a dermatologist for diagnosis & treatment, could be tenia or may be eczema.
