Welcome to HCM. It is most likely due to mixed infection.(fungal/bacterial) It usually occurs due to improper hygiene after sex, scratching after perspiration and tight under garment. Avoid unprotected sex, take proper local care, use medicated soap to clean, make that area dry. Start local clindmycin with anti fungal gel.Complete course of oral cefixime,oflox/ornidazole will be helpful.Oral fluconazole -150 to subside fungal infection. Avoid sex till get complete cure. If it is recurrent than go for investigations like cbc, fbs, ppbs, urine, pap smear and usg abdomen, pelvis. Consult your doctor for better medical management.
