I hav white spot lesions around glans neck...dey r painless dont cause any problem But the thing z being an mbbs intern m worried dat r dese lesions might b carcinogenic? ?? Actuly around one nd half year bak I ws drunk badly nd I tried to masturbate..nd I did it for an hour. .d next morning my penis ws very painful nd enlarged..I cudnt even lull mmy forskin bak... Aftr 2 days without having medication it subsided.. Aftr 3-4 moths I noticed painless white lesions around glans.. I tuk medicine frm 2-3 dermatologist but it cudnt helpq
