I have recently seen white spots developing on both my arms and hands. I only have a few on each but the one on my right hand is about the size of a small coin and when it is most noticeable it tends to have a red type rash around it. The white marks are not always there and the ones on my hands disappear when my hands are slightly raised Is this problem related to circulation?
