White Stringy Substances In Stools, Hemorrhoids, Itchy Rectum And Testicles, Cold Sore, Mild Fever, Fatigue. Are These Symptoms Related?

Hi, I have noticed a white stringy substances in my stools, which have been hard at one end and very soft to diarrhea at the other. These are alongside hemorrhoids and an itching rectum and testicles. I have got some hemorrhoid cream, and have had jock itch in the past, though I am also feeling very tired and feverish, and possibly have a cold sore. Are these all connected or would they be separate symptoms? Thanks

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the infection of the colon, or may be due to the incontinence to some foods like milk, milk products,wheat, barley, etc.
Hemorrhoids, itching rectum and testiclesmay not have any relation with the present symptom.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, and omeprazole.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
