White Substance Under Foreskin, Irritation, Painful. Advice?

Dear Sir ,
I am 32 years old male. Since a few months (6 - 8 months) back I am having this white substance formation under the foreskin of my penis. I cannot retract my foreskin backwards and when I try, it cracks. The white substance comes up everyday even after cleaning it with water. It causes irritation and the cracks to the skin is painful.

Please advice?

Thanks

Hello,

It seems you have developed infection of foreskin. you need to start taking antibiotics as cloxacillin and along with that start applying antibiotic to the foreskin as soframycin. Avoid sexual contact for the time being. Get yourself checked for diabetes, and if you have a history of unprotected sexual contact than you need to get investigated accordingly.

Wishing you a speedy recovery

Dr. Gaurav
