White, Tiny, Hard Pimple Like Bumps In Public Area, Bleeding When Popped, White Scar Marks. No Itching Or Pain. Suggest

Hi I have these pimple like bumps on my pubic area. They don't hurt or itch they're just there and they are not close to my vulva or vagina just at the top. I used to shave but when they started appearing I stopped but I still get the bumps. I pop them and I get a white tiny ball like a regular pimple but it is hard unlike the face pimples. When I pop them I bleed a lot and it takes a while to stop bleeding. Now I have a lot of white skin marks like scars from where I popped the pimples

hi
You seems to have lesions of molluscum contagiosum
Molluscum contagiosum (MC) is a viral infection of the skin. This common viral disease has a higher incidence in children, sexually active adults, and those who are immunodeficient

MC can affect any area of the skin. It is spread through direct contact or shared items such as clothing or towels or through sexual contact.
Molluscum contagiosum lesions are flesh-colored, dome-shaped, and pearly in appearance. They are often 1–5 millimeters in diameter, with a dimpled center. They are generally not painful, but they may itch or become irritated
These lesions are very contagious ,so early and proper treatment is very essential
Treatment options include application of agents like retinoic acid and KOH, chemical cautery, electric cautery or mechanical curettage.
So i would advise you to visit a dermatologist soon for proper treatment

Hope it helps
