Hi,
Welcome to the forum. Your symptoms are suggestive of
leucorrhoea. It is a common problem many women suffer from. It can be due to ill health in the past or when the general health is not at the satisfactory level.
Take calcium, protein rich diet along with nuts, berries, dairy products. Exercise regularly, take good sleep and inhale fresh air, perform yoga. A good uterine tonic ( ayurvedic) and
multivitamin tablets can be of help. Take care of your hygiene, wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Avoid use of public toilets or restrooms.
You should also have a C/S test done for urine to rule out E.coli infection. Metronidazole/
norfloxacin tabs can be of help if detected positive. Take care of your hygiene and sanitation, wash with mild soap and warm water. Keep genital area dry.
See a doc, get clinically assessed and treated properly, neglect may lead to
vaginitis,
trichomoniasis infection, PID, etc. Take care.
