Hi,

Vitiligo is an autoimmune dermatosis, may be genetically inherited. It may occur at any age and may heal in some patients without any treatment. In your case the lesions are healing with few treatment. Take psoralen compound containing drugs. Take immunobooster like levamisole. You apply psoralen containing lotion or cream. You may apply tacrolimus oint. on lesions for long time. Take sun exposure daily for 5 min after psoralen cream application. You may be benefitted.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
