Whitehead After Getting Scratched. Could This Be A Wart?

hi there i got scratched by a child in my work place and today i noticed a white head spot near that area i tried to pop it and it really hurt i eventually managed to pop it and puss came out like if you pop a spot. now it is quite raised and has a sort of black hole in the middle it also aches quite a bit could this be a wart i am asking because the child who bit me has warts

Thanks for writing to us.
It does not seem to be wart. It could be a boil that you have already squeezed. So right now just clean the area with warm water and apply mupirocin or fusidic acid cream .Hopefully in few days, it should improve.
