Whiteheads On The Forehead, Acne. Is Mercilon Or Dianetter Better Birth Control Pill?
Hi, im wondering whats the best contraceptive pill for acne that isnt too severe. I was on mercilon approx 1 & 1/2 years ago, but stopped because i didnt need protection against pregnancy anymore...i've never suffered from spots apart from the usual 1 or 2 on my chin before my period. But for the past several months i have these little bumpy whitehead type spots on my forehead, and really want them gone! ...so i was wondering if going back on mercilon or another pill maybe dianetter would help??

Hello.Acne is related to androgens high level in blood(Androgens are male hormones)."Dianette" and "Mercilon",both pills have effects antiandrogens(but "Dianette" is more powerful)."Dianette"is recommended
in severe acne and"Mercilon"is recommended in not severe acne.
You must go your doctor and he will decide that pill is the most recommended for you at this time.
