Who Treats Corns On The Outside Of The Ball Of The Foot?

Hello, I have a painful corn on the outside of the ball of my foot that has been treated by my doctor 3 times: First time cryo and excision, second time cryo and excision, and last week excision. Pain is the same or worse than when we started. A dermatologist has been the provider. Should I seek another type of specialist?
