Whom Do I Consult For My Teenage Daughter Who Struggles With Concentration And Relies On Marijuana To Cope?

My 17 year old daughter. Will b 18 sept 30th she has had a rough yr her mother and I split up after 30 years her 19 yr old brother is ADHD slight Asbeger high functioning autism must run in my blood cause I seen drs in the 70s when I was a kid I’ve allways smoked pot I have never been against it well she’ smokes and she got pulled over in dec cop found a bowl of weed that was it she didn’t get a fine but got 6 months probation and she can not deal with life without it very good has no patience can not concetrate can’t focus on school just bout to flunk I’m afraid if she would she will drop out she a grade behind now and I want her to finish I need to find a pediatric Dr ASAP I live in central pa can you help us
