Whom To Consult To Overcome Habitual Marijuana Smoking?

I am trying to find a psychiatrist in the Charleston, WV area willing to listen to my 24 y. o. son and not pre- judge him as a recreational drug abuser when he indicates he uses marijuana to help deal with his anxiety/ panic attacks; which he has been diagnosed and treated for since age 12. I have had to resolve myself to the confession of marijuana, but he states he would be more than willing to NOT smoke marijuana if he could find a psychiatrist willing to help prescribe necessary medications- especially during a transition period. Right or wrong, he has psychiatric (Bipolar) needs and claims he uses marijuana to self- medicate, but I need to find a psychiatrist to listen to his issues, not judge, and be willing to help. I don t know how or what type physician to search.
